A short documentary film by Tyler Manson spending a day with Scott Schumann, the man behind The Sartorialist. The blog we’ve come to adore and love that features everyday street fashion captured by this fashion editor.  He trots and take photographs of strangers clad in retro, hipster, or vintage ensemble in New York, Los Angeles, Milan, Japan, and Paris.  I admire his dedication to capturing those lovely photographs waiting by cold side streets of far away cities, a bit tedious, but it also seems fun.  Also find it fascinating how he approaches his subjects, since when I was a student, I find it difficult to do this, so took photograph of stills and landscapes instead.

 

You never know what it is, what that the thing is that draws you to that person, but you just let it happen. It seems odd, but it’s almost like going out there and letting yourself fall in love everyday.
